Qingdao Haide Forging & Casting Group Limited Company includes two hot steel forging factories and one die/sand casting factory established in 1980.It covers an area of 100000m2 and produces high quality parts with 350 employees. The production of safety parts include G80/100 lifting fittings,shackles,turnbuckles,tines,eyebolts,auto parts,special links,swivel locks etc. we work out solutions exactly as per customer requires.
      one 2500T,two 1000T.three 630T screw presses,two 3T hammers and other small screw presses can supply more than 10000 tons of products per year.

      Customer's demand dies are designed with CAD and machined through states of art European technology with the materal Uddeholm from Sweden in our own workshop which is equiped with moden facilities.

      The heat treatment department processes our forgings with programmable continue,deep well type and atmosphere protection furnaces.

      ISO9001-2000 was certified by NQA in2006.the production at all stages from incoming raw material to the finished parts is closely and carefu controlled and necessary controls are made by quality insurance department which has material inspection,mesaurement and test labortories.

      Our production range covers appr.1000various formed shapes woth the biggest weight up to 150kgs.
